Before I took a seat on the board of FKA in 2019, the Women's Association in the Business Life, I had never appeared before the public so to speak. So it was challenging and empowering to write publicly, let alone give speeches in front of a group of people, or appear in the media, but it was really far out of my comfort zone and I haven't gotten used to it properly yet, to be honest.   • BPW (Business Professional Women) European Congress in Reykjavík in May 2022.

    • The first speech in English and in a panel at the same conference, in front of about 250 women from around the world.

  • Gi2i conference at the United Nations, in English.

    • Global green inclusive innovation summit (G2i2) at UN HQ Friday Oct 28 2022. The first time in the building of the United Nations, it was easy to feel small in the big picture - until I realized that this is our common house and that is, among other things, where Alheimsthorpið meets to discuss and it is expected that people show up to express themselves.
